Céline Dion (51) deelt vol trots op haar Instagram account dat ze hét nieuw gezicht is die tot de L’Oréal Paris Familie behoord. De Canadese zangeres schrijft het volgende onder de foto:
“So proud to announce that I’m a spokeswoman for L’Oréal Paris and will be spreading the magic words “I’m worth it” with all women around the world. I’m excited to use my voice to empower others to feel beautiful, confident, and to learn to embrace themselves. – Céline xx… “
Céline zal de komende jaren in verschillende campagnes van het merk te zien zijn, ze mag hierbij dan ook eindelijk de beroemde woorden ‘Because I’m worth it’ gaan uitspreken. Op de vraag wat ‘Because I’m worth it’ voor Céline betekent antwoord de zangeres met ‘Follow your dreams, move forward, never look back feel, free and spread your wings’. Het krachtige antwoord van de zangeres is precies de reden dat L’Oréal Paris bijzonder trots is op de samenwerking met Céline. Zij beschrijven haar dan ook als een zelfverzekerde, krachtige en bescheiden vrouw, oftewel ‘a true woman of worth’.
